About me Lisa L�z�r has worked as a scenic artist and designer with Baltimore's Action Theater (and its predecessor, IIA) since 1990, and currently serves as Resident Scenic Artist and Development Director. Ms. L�z�r has created scenery for The Alabama Shakespeare Festival, Axis Theatre (Maryland), The Baltimore Opera, Barter Theatre (Virginia), Centennial Theater Festival (Connecticut), Center Stage (Maryland), Everyman Theatre (Maryland), Flying Tongues (Maryland), Goodspeed Opera House (Connecticut), Motherlode Productions (Maryland), The New Harmony Theatre (Indiana), Rep Stage Company (Maryland), The Shakespeare Theatre (Washington D.C.), Splitting Image Theatre (Maryland), Theatre Virginia, The Washington Revels, and Williamstown Theater Festival (Massachusetts). Ms. L�z�r also curates visual art exhibitions to accompany Action Theater's productions. Recent exhibitions of her own work include the "Absolutely Fabulous Inside-Outside Show" at the Cranbrook Academy in Michigan, and a first place jurors award at the Montgomery Museum of Fine Art in Alabama. | ||
